Working Out

Well I’m comming up to the end of 3 weeks of bodybuilding. I’m starting to see some really good results! My weight has basically stayed the same (although I tend to fluctuate between 147 - 152 most days), which means that I’m successfully burning fat and building lean musscle mass at the same time! For the record thats hard to do! I’ll try to keep you guys posted with my progress. Oh and on a side note, I pushed 360lbs on the leg press yesterday! Thats a 400% increase from 3 weeks ago!
