I don’t know why I haven’t blogged about this earlier, but two weeks ago, I started bodybuilding again. I’m training with my friend Jon, who’s been doing this for over 2 years. I’m feeling pretty good so far, no injuries or sickness yet. My main goal is to build muscle mass, but at the same time I have a little layer of flubber that needs to go! I’ll put up regular updates. The other major thing is that I’ve totally changed my diet, to a high protien, fairly high carb intake, which is a pain to stick at.

Bodybuilding is a lot of work and dedication! It takes a while sometimes for a person to find just the right workout that works for them to get the results they want. Don’t give up!

Getting in shape involves three things (on top of a positive mental outlook) in this order:
1. Eating right
2. Lifting weights
3. Cardio
Making progress on your physique requires focus, discipline, and time.
