			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes that is the date today, it is also my birthday (20th),&nbsp; and the start of the olympics! Apparently in China, I&#8217;m one lucky guy, I guess 8 is their lucky number&#8230;I look forward to checking in on the olympics from time to time. Swimming is a big event for me, I&#8217;ll be cheering those Aussie&#8217;s on! I have a sneaky idea that the Aussie&#8217;s will be bringing home quite a few gold medals this year.</p>
<p>On another note, I&#8217;m really starting to get back into my hoby of audio production, and in light of this, I will in the near future, be posting up audio clips of some ideas I have for a project i&#8217;m working on with my friends. Stay posted for them.</p>

For the record thats hard to do! I&#8217;ll try to keep you guys posted with my progress. Oh and on a side note, I pushed 360lbs on the leg press yesterday! Thats a 400% increase from 3 weeks ago!</p>
